Covenant Senior Living is another unique project with a complex program and structure. It consists of renovation and expansion of an existing Church with a new 3-story building, 45 senior living residential units and a 6,000 sf community center sited over 1 level underground parking structure.
The existing facilities will be fully renovated with new systems and finishes, new residential unit build-out and new site features, including an outdoor landscaped / hardscaped plaza, gardens, and other sustainable design measures for storm water management. The community center design features include folding partitions creating multi-purpose spaces and integration of the courtyard and the outdoors with the interior classrooms through large glazing systems.
This project will be designed to comply with the Green Communities standards, including high seer HVAC systems, reflective roofing, recycled content, low VOC paints and sealants, low flow plumbing fixtures and energy star appliances and lighting fixtures.
