Tewkesbury Condominiums
Located in Ward Four, this 26 unit affordable housing
project was part of the district assets which the Blue Skye Development team
won the right to develop in conjunction with PGN. The design incorporates one and two bedroom units from 600
to 900 SF. The exterior is
designed to add complementary elements to the existing structure while the
interior spaces were redesigned with modern features.
