PGN has successfully navigated many projects through DC regulatory processes, including 4 new community Master Planning initiatives. Our experience ranges from 250 unit residential and mixed use projects to 275 acres Master Planning projects.

Lincoln Heights Town Center - Office of Deputy Mayor
This complex Master Plan involved 8 schemes that planned for various land acquisition scenarios, totalling 200,000 sq. ft. of land and 600,000 gross sq. ft. of building. There is a mix of office, ground level retail and residential uses. As a part of DC's New Communities Initiative, this Town Center will be the catalyst for economic revitalization of the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood.
